Trading as Zandi Developers (ZD), we have dedicated many years of service to champion and develop expertise in the built environment. We are involved in building project management, construction of houses and property development and management. We provided a wide range of construction services to government, commercial and private customers.
Over the years, ATE had also acquired properties in the Pretoria and Kempton Park areas where it offered small-scale rental accommodation to tenants and staff members. A huge project boosting of 24 units is underway in Birchleigh Kempton Park to expand this market even further.
